MSHSAA has realeased the Classifications and Districts for the 2024 Football Campaign and their are some real changes. The biggest, for this area, is that Forsyth has moved up to Class 3. The Panthers join Reeds Spring and Hollister in Class 3 District 6.
The three teams are in the same conference for the first time, and with todays announcement could be in like to play each other twice this season, depending on how the season goes.
The other surprise with the district is the Mt Vernon, expected to be a state contender this year, was moved to District 5 and will travel east.

Branson did not get a bad draw for their District. Some familar names, including Willard, now coached by former Reeds Spring coach, Andy McFarland
